The Natural Park Sintra-Cascais has a wide variety of landscapes, including sand dunes, forests, lakes, a rugged stretch of coastline, high cliffs interspersed with beaches and the imposing Cabo da Roca in the center of the magnificent Sintra Mountains. All these areas are classified by UNESCO as World Heritage.

Sintra is a picturesque Portuguese town set amidst the pine tree covered hills of the Serra de Sintra. Three unique royal palaces, the moorish castle and other grand and extravagant buildings are found with in the beautiful city. A traditional tram line links Sintra to the surfing beach Praia da Macas and from here you can walk along the coast to the famous Praia Grande, a surf spot used for body board competitions.

Cascais is a busy fishing village with winding cobbled lanes leading to small museums, gardens, marina, boutiques and fish restaurants. Dotted with little sandy coves and golden beaches. A perfect place to try paddle boarding!
